As our passionate Head Cheese Maker, you’ll be joining our dynamic team on the renowned Goodwood Country Estate. You will be responsible for producing high-quality cheeses while maintaining the highest standards of production, hygiene, and efficiency. This is a hands-on role that requires both technical expertise and creativity in crafting our dairy products and developing exciting new ones.
Goodwood Home Farm sits at the heart of everything we believe in at Goodwood. We have just returned from the British and Irish Cheese Awards where we were proud winners of a gold medal for our all new St Roche and silver medal for our classic Charlton Mature Cheddar cheese.

You'll have your finger on the pulse producing a variety of cheeses and leading the cheese-making process, from milk reception to curd cutting, pressing, salting and aging. You will be collaborating with our Production Manager to monitor and track the production schedule, ensuring deadlines and targets are met
